The Social Transport service is a service that guarantees people with reduced mobility to reach rehabilitation facilities, schools, or day centers.
It guarantees the possibility of moving freely on the territory; it can be both collective and individual depending on the needs and the destination. It can also be requested during elections, to guarantee the right to vote.
PERFORMANCE

Access to social-welfare, social-health and health facilities;

Access to integrated day centers and to the network of socio-recreational and social services;

Transport activities to various destinations, previously planned and agreed, aimed at promoting the full participation of users in social, educational and working life;

Encourage the exercise of the right to vote;

Encourage participation in cultural and social events.
ORGANIZATION
The service must be equipped with suitable means of transport and organized in such a way as to guarantee maximum usability by citizens.
PERSONAL
This type of service requires personnel with specific training on social welfare and personal assistance issues or a social health worker, more commonly called O.S.S.
This operator will work alongside a specialized driver with licenses suitable for the service and above all for the vehicle he is driving.
